1. Acceptance of terms
By creating a Marketix account or using the Marketix service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. This document is a placeholder for the prototype and does not constitute a binding legal agreement.
2. The service
Marketix provides trading signals, live trading sessions and account management tools for Binary, Forex and Crypto markets. Signals and session commentary are informational and educational only — they are not personalized financial advice and Marketix does not manage funds or execute trades on your behalf.
3. Accounts and eligibility
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate registration information and be legally able to enter into these terms in your jurisdiction.
4. Subscriptions and payments
Paid plans renew for the billing cycle you choose unless cancelled beforehand. Prices, features and payment methods shown in this preview — including crypto payment support — are illustrative and subject to change before general availability.
5. Risk disclosure
Trading Binary, Forex and Crypto instruments carries substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. Past performance, win-rate figures and sample signals shown on Marketix are illustrative and do not guarantee future results. Always do your own research and only trade with capital you can afford to lose.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access accounts that are not yours, or redistribute Marketix signals and session content outside your membership without permission.
7. Termination
Marketix may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your subscription or delete your account at any time from your profile settings.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of Marketix after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
