When you register for Marketix we collect information such as your full name, email address and, if provided, an optional phone number with country code, used for payment confirmations and account recovery. We also store your plan, notification preferences and in-app activity such as chat messages and payment references.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to operate your account, deliver signals and session access, verify subscription payments, respond to support requests, and send account-related notifications. We do not sell your personal information.
3. Payments
Crypto payment processing shown in this preview is a prototype simulation. A production crypto payment provider integration is pending and will be covered by an updated version of this policy before launch.
4. Notifications
In-app notifications are available today. Push notifications to mobile devices are an integration that is still pending and not yet active in this preview.
5. Data retention and deletion
You can request deletion of your account at any time from your profile settings. We retain information only as long as needed to operate the service or as required by law.
6. Data security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
7. Your choices
You can review and update your personal details, notification preferences and password from your profile at any time.
